Graduated from the École Supérieure de Journalisme de Paris, the Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations (INALCO) specializing in Russian, and the State University of Saint Petersburg in Russian as a foreign language, Pierre DUMAZEAU began his journalistic career at the weekly magazine Valeurs actuelles. As a specialist in center-left politics, he covered various political topics, including the 2017 presidential election, from 2014 to 2018.
He joined the newsmagazine La Lettre de l’Expansion in 2018 and became its Editor-in-Chief. Since 2021, he has also been a columnist for the morning program on the TV channel Public Sénat and regularly intervenes to analyze political news on different television channels in France.
In 2022, he joined the consulting firm for major French and European leaders TILDER, as Director. Simultaneously, he was collection director of Débats Publics, leading publishing house for executives and opinion leaders. He left all his functions the following year to create In.Europa.
He is the author of two books analyzing French politics, published in France.
